Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery
- The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the order
- The item is unused and in its original packaging
To request a return, please contact us with your order details and clear photos/videos of the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Used products
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
- Items without original packaging
- Products purchased during clearance or special sale offers
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days through the original payment method or bank transfer, depending on the payment mode used.
Replacement Policy
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, we may offer:
- A replacement product, or
- A full/partial refund, depending on the situation
Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped.
Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
In case of damaged, defective, or incorrect products, return shipping costs may be covered by BLE KART.
For other return situations, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.
